絕緣線芯識(shí)別
絕緣線芯采用顏色識(shí)別和數(shù)字識(shí)別
5芯及以下電纜的絕緣線芯采用顏色標(biāo)志時(shí)，其優(yōu)先選用的顏色和色序如下
兩芯電纜：無(wú)優(yōu)先顏色
三芯電纜：綠/黃雙色、淺蘭色、棕色；或淺蘭色、黑色、棕色
四芯電纜：綠/黃雙色、淺蘭色、黑色、棕色；或淺蘭色、黑色、棕色、黑色或棕色
五芯電纜：綠/黃雙色、淺蘭色、黑色、棕色、黑色或棕色；淺蘭色、黑色、棕色、黑色或棕色
用數(shù)字識(shí)別，由內(nèi)層帶外層從1開始按自然數(shù)序順時(shí)針?lè)较蚺帕?。?shù)字標(biāo)志顏色應(yīng)與絕緣顏色有明顯的不同，優(yōu)先采用絕緣顏色為黑色，數(shù)字為白色。 -
使用特性
電纜的額定電壓U0/U為450/750V
PVC絕緣電纜長(zhǎng)期允許工作溫度不超過(guò)70℃
XLPE絕緣電纜長(zhǎng)期允許工作溫度不超過(guò)90℃
安裝時(shí)環(huán)境溫度不宜低于0℃。
電纜安裝時(shí)的最小彎曲半徑：無(wú)鎧裝層的電纜應(yīng)不小于電纜外徑的6倍。有鎧裝或銅帶屏蔽結(jié)構(gòu)的電纜應(yīng)不小于電纜外徑的12倍。有屏蔽層結(jié)構(gòu)的軟電纜應(yīng)不小于電纜外徑的6倍。
主要性能
成品電纜應(yīng)經(jīng)受交流3000V，5min電壓試驗(yàn)不擊穿。
成品直流電阻應(yīng)符合表3規(guī)定

24芯以上：允許以長(zhǎng)度不小于20米的短段電纜交貨,其數(shù)量應(yīng)不超過(guò)交貨總長(zhǎng)的10%.
根據(jù)雙方協(xié)議,允許以任何長(zhǎng)度的電纜交貨.
